Management of Tax Liabilities

The management of tax debts consists of analyzing each debt requirement in order to determine if the taxes ​​are actually owed or not.

In many situations, the debtor agrees to pay the debt but cannot afford it or goes after some benefit (installment plan, interest discount, legal agreement) in order to do so. Constantly special installment plans arise (REFIS, PAES and the like) which suspend the liability of the debts and provide more time and benefits for the payment of uncontroversial values.

The office monitors the constantly changing tax law to provide its clients access to such benefits. It also defends its clients in the case of exclusion of these installments.
